CLARITY's mission is to provide opportunities for blind and disabled people to play a full part in society. At present it is often virtually impossible for those with moderate to severe disabilities to find meaningful employment.

CLARITY provides this employment in a range of factory and office based positions throughout the UK. The specialist workplace and "Skills for Life" training programmes we run allow our employees to progress within our organisation and gives them the skills and confidence to move into open industry should they so wish. Welfare and support services are also on hand to deal with everyday issues outside the working environment.
